VOLUNTEER WITH UCAN
Volunteer with UCAN to join our relentless quest for safety and prosperity among families and communities.
Volunteers serve our youth and families directly or in the schools, residences, and community programs that support them. Volunteers support core client services of gaining employment, living independently, and healing from traumatic experiences.
We believe that volunteer service with UCAN creates opportunities and expands worldviews for our clients and volunteers. We invite you to join us!

Creating the right volunteer opportunities for individuals starts with a conversation about passions, interests, skills, and amount of time to give.
Here are some recent ways that individual volunteers have served:
- One-on-one mentorship
- Event support at UCAN celebrations and community festivals
- Teacher's assistant at Academies
- Group mentor at transitional living program (TLP)
- Organize a supply drive
Volunteer experiences on-site with our youth or students require background screening.
