Jacyara de Oliveira 
Jacyara is a spirits industry professional and life-long Chicagoan with over 15 years experience in hospitality and organizational strategy. Today she is the Director of Operations and Strategy for Apologue Cocktail Company where she leads the day to day business of the growing liqueurs, bottled cocktails, and private events business out of their facility in Pilsen. She is an amateur boxer, sci-fi lover, and avid Lake Michigan diver when the weather is right.
DJ Dante
Dante is a Chicago based artist, producer, creative director, music educator and the founder of X World, a creative ecosystem in Chicago supporting independent artists. Dante also leads ANX, a creative third space for musicians and artists centered on community, education and collaboration. Recently, Dante has formed a partnership with Starling by Duo to provide music forward community centered events on Chicago's West Side.
